Harborough Town are extremely pleased to announce we have agreed terms with forward Riley O’Sullivan. The forward will be familiar to Bees supporters as he played for Spalding United last season.

Chairman Pete Dougan commented; “Riley is a player we have admired for some time and was a player that was on our radar this summer to see if we could get a deal done, so I am extremely happy we have got our man. Although still young he’s an experienced physical forward who scores goals, is hungry for success, and his ambitions match those of the club so we think it is a perfect fit for both parties. The fact he knows a couple of the current group of players as well, should help him settle in quickly.”

Manager Mitch Austin said “I am so pleased to sign Riley. He is a player that I have wanted to work with ever since I first saw him playing for Coventry United when he was just 19. He fits in perfectly with what we are trying to build at Harborough and I have no doubt the supporters will love him.”

Upon signing Riley himself said; “I have watched Harborough’s progression over the past 2 or 3 years and I felt this was the right place for me. They are ambitious with a great infrastructure and a manager that I look forward to working with. I can’t wait to get started and am excited for the new season.”

Riley’s previous clubs include; Coventry United, Hednesford Town, Stratford Town and latterly Spalding United.
